Refund policy

• For merchandise and non-punched or non-validated forest passes, we will exchange or refund your money within 30 days of the purchase date upon returning the item in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on validated or punched forest passes.
• Advertisers may cancel at any time. While we would prefer to finish the terms of our contract, you may contact us for a prorated refund.
