The Monterey Bay Aquarium is a world-class aquarium featuring over a hundred undersea and above-sea exhibits, both inside and outside the building. The popular exhibits include the Kelp Forest which contains more than 335,000 gallons of ocean water and the Monterey Bay Habitats which displays the bay’s rays, salmon, sharks and other marine life native to the area.
