The Doors and Windows Trail parking area has several trails around it.
- The Doors Trail is a 1/4-mile hike that gives you a flavor of the Badlands.
- The Window Trail is an highly-accessibly 1.5-mile hike that brings you through the eroded canyons.
- The Notch Trail is a 1.5-mile hike that brings you to some of the Badland cliffs. It is not recommended for those with a fear of heights.
- The Castle Trail is a 5-mile hike across the road that brings you to many of the Badland formations.
