• Which credit cards do you accept?

  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We value your security and all information is delivered via a secure connection and your credit card information will not be stored within our systems.

• Do you charge sales tax?

  We charge sales tax as required by law on all orders shipped to states which we operate within.

• My credit card was declined. What should I do?

  Please double check your Billing Address and your credit card number matches your credit card information exactly or contact your issuing bank for more information. If you are still having issues, simply contact us for assistance.

• Do you offer any other payment methods?

  At this time, we only offer credit card processing. Our online checkout process is completely safe and secure.

• Can I purchase the pass at the park?

  Many parks that accept day passes do not have passes available for sale on-site. Passes must be purchased before arrival. They are sometimes available at nearby gas stations. Purchasing online saves valuable time and allows you to be ready for any adventure, anytime.

• Can I use my pass immediately after purchase?

  Each pass must be shipped to you in order to enjoy the benefits of using it.

• Can I order more than 5 passes?

  One you add an item to the cart, you can adjust the quantity and then click Update Cart. Purchasing several passes at the same time is a great way to save on shipping and handling.

• Do you ship outside the United States?

  You can ship the passes to the United States and Canada. For all other countries, please contact us with your precise needs. All prices listed are in USD.

• When will my order ship?

  Orders placed by 2pm will usually ship the same day (not including Sundays and holidays). USPS Express Mail and FedEx orders placed on Saturday must be placed by 11:30 AM. Orders after that will ship on the following shipping day.

• Which holidays will affect my shipments?

  The US Postal Service and FedEx both carry a similar holiday schedule and at checkout, we will indicate any upcoming holidays to keep in mind.

• When will my order be delivered? What shipping options do you offer?

  We offer the following services and approximate delivery time:

  • USPS First Class Mail • 2-9 days
  • USPS Priority Mail • 2-3 days
  • USPS Express Mail • Next Day Delivery to most locations (Estimate mentioned at Checkout)
  • FedEx Standard Overnight • Next Day by Early Afternoon

  If you have special needs or would like to use a different provider, please contact us.

• How much are shipping costs?

  Shipping and handling charges are based on the items weight and the selected shipping service. The total shipping and handling charges will be displayed before you enter your credit card information.

• Can I download and print the Forest Passes?

  No, forest passes are not available for printing. Instead they are shipped to you.

• Can I combine or change my orders?

  Simply e-mail us or call us at (855) 249-0848 and we will combine or make any changes to your unshipped orders.

• Do you have passes for...?

  At this time, we have passes for:

  • Arizona’s Red Rock Pass (Coconino National Forest)
  • Arizona’sTonto National Forest
  • Southern California National Forests
  • Pacific Northwest National Forests
  • White Mountain National Forests

  In addition, we sell the America the Beautiful National Parks Pass which provides you with entrance fees at over 2,000 parks managed by the USDA Forest Service, National Park Service (NPS), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and the Bureau of Reclamation (USBR).

• Do I need an account?

  No, you do not need an account on myscenicdrives.com to place an order. If you plan on making several purchases or wish to track your order, an account will save you a lot of time.

• Can I place an order by phone?

  Our online store is safe, secure, and easy to use. If you prefer to order by phone, please call (855) 249-0848. Please have your credit card information on hand.

• Can I send an order as a gift?

  We do not display prices within the package, so yes, you may send this out as a gift. Should you wish to include a note, enter it in the special requests section when you place your order or contact us after placing your order.

• Do I need to fill out the special requests section?

  No, the special requests section is optional.

• Do you send an order confirmation?

  When you place an order or we ship an order, we will send you an e-mail from store@myscenicdrives.com. Please check your spam filters to ensure that this e-mail address is accepted. If you cannot find the e-mail, please contact us so that we can provide you with the confirmation.

• Can I get an invoice? How do I print a receipt?

  You can print an invoice by viewing your orders. You will need a free account with the same e-mail address you placed the order with.

• What is your returns policy?

  We strive to offer you with the best products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve problems and concerns.

  For merchandise and non-punched/validated forest passes, we will exchange or refund your money within 30 days of the purchase date upon returning the item in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on punched or validated forest passes.

• I purchased a pass from you before; how can I reorder the same thing?

  If you have an account or create one with the same e-mail address as the order was processed under, you can see your previous orders under your profile. Select the order and towards the bottom of the page, click on “Reorder These Items” which will add the items into your cart and on your way to checking out.

• I have lost my America the Beautiful or other annual pass. What do I do?

  Unfortunately the America the Beautiful and other Annual Passes on our site are not replaceable by us or any other entity. You will need to purchase a new one. To purchase them from us, check here.

• How do I get a Senior National Parks Pass?

  The America the Beautiful Senior Pass is not available via myscenicdrives.com, but qualified persons older than 62 may pick one up a life-time $10 at designated locations across the United States or have one mailed to you for $20. For information on locations and how to apply via mail, see visit here.

• I have a disability; do I qualify for a discount?

  Persons with qualified disabilities may qualify for the America the Beautiful Access Pass which is not available via myscenicdrives.com. For information about this pass, please visit here.

• Can I use the America the Beautiful Annual Pass for an Adventure Pass?

  Yes, the America the Beautiful Interagency Pass can be used at places that require an Adventure Pass.

• Can I use the America the Beautiful Annual Pass for a Red Rock Pass?

  Yes, the America the Beautiful Interagency Pass can be used at places that require a Red Rock Pass.

• Can I use the America the Beautiful Annual Pass for a Pacific Northwest Forest Pass?

  Yes, the America the Beautiful Interagency Pass can be used at places that require a Pacific Northwest Forest Pass.

• Can I use the America the Beautiful Annual Pass for a White Mountain National Forest Pass?

  Yes, the America the Beautiful Interagency Pass can be used at places that require a White Mountain National Forest Pass.

• Can I use the America the Beautiful Annual Pass for a Tonto Pass?

  The America the Beautiful Interagency Pass is only valid in the Tonto National Forest with the accompanying Tonto Upgrade. For other options, see here.

• Can I use the America the Beautiful Annual Pass for at State Parks or for a Discovery Pass?

  No, the America the Beautiful Interagency Pass is not valid for State Parks. A separate pass must be purchased for those.

• How does the America the Beautiful Annual Pass work for Motorcycles?

  Stop in any National Park or National Forest Ranger Station with your America the Beautiful and Motorcycle Registration to get an America the Beautiful Annual Pass Decal. The Annual Pass allows two motorcycles IF the two people who signed the Pass arrive at the same time. Two people can sign the America the Beautiful Annual Pass and they need not be related or married though they must be the registered owners of each motorcycle.
