The America the Beautiful Annual Pass provides one-year of free, unlimited entrance to federally managed parks and public lands across the United States.
The Tonto National Forest Upgrade is a sticker that must be affixed to your windshield. The Upgrade Pass is only valid with an accompanying America the Beautiful Interagency Pass and both must be displayed on the vehicle. The pass is valid for both the standard and expanded sites such as boating. The pass is not valid for camping at Roosevelt Lake developed campgrounds, including Burnt Corral, Cholla, Schoolhouse, Tortilla, and Windy Hill, but daily passes are accepted at these campsites.

The America the Beautiful Pass covers the entrance fee and admits you and up-to 3 persons 16 or older to over 2,000 parks managed by the USDA Forest Service, National Park Service (NPS), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and the Bureau of Reclamation (USBR). Children 15 and under are admitted free. Other adventures such as camping and wilderness use may require additional fees.
If you are older than 62 or have a disability, you may qualify for the Senior Pass or Access Pass. If you have one of these, the Tonto Upgrade Pass provides you access to the Tonto National Forest for a year.
