A short walk over the footbridge will bring you to Excelsior Crater, whose volcanic activity send boiling water into the river. As you continue on the path, you will arrive at Yellowstone National Park’s largest hot spring, Grand Prismatic Spring. The contrasting colors around the Grand Prismatic Springs are simply amazing.
