- For merchandise and non-validated forest passes, we will exchange or refund your money within 30 days of the purchase date upon returning the item in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on validated forest passes. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.
- We ship passes generally the same-day via the United States Postal Service or FedEx. In most cases, passes arrive by the estimated delivery date. If choosing expedited USPS mail service, note the expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee due to conditions beyond our control.
- Advertisers may cancel at any time. While we would prefer to finish the terms of our contract, you may contact us for a prorated refund.
