For America the Beautiful Passes
Customers who do not receive their America the Beautiful Pass prior to departing on the trip during which they plan to use the Pass due to a delay outside our posted delivery timelines, will be refunded the $80 purchase price once the pass is returned to our office unused and unsigned. Any request for refund must be made within 60 days from order date. Refund does not include shipping or handling fees. Refunds for any other reason are at the sole discretion of myscenicdrives.com and will incur a fee of $10 subtracted from the refund amount.
Note: USPS first class mail can take up to 14 days to be delivered. Please consider shipping and delivery time before ordering.

For National Forest Passes
For non-punched/non-validated forest passes, we will exchange or refund your money within 10 days of the purchase date upon returning the item(s) to us in its original condition.
For punched and validated forest passes, please contact us.
Any refunds will be applied once the pass has been returned to us in its original condition. You must contact us before mailing passes back. Customer is responsible for return postage cost and the refund will not include original shipping fee.
Shipping Address Errors
myscenicdrives.com is not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions in the shipping address of orders placed online by customers. Please verify your address before placing your order. Any passes returned to our office due to an incorrect address will incur another shipping fee to mail the pass back again.
