Built for Judge Thomas Ruggles in 1818, the Thomas Ruggles House is a stunning example of Adamesque-style Federal Period architecture and is renowned for its flying staircase. Completely restored, enjoy intricate woodwork, art and period furnishings. There is a small entrance fee.
