Grand Portage State Park sits on the border of Ontario, Canada. Take the half-mile paved and wheelchair accessible trail to High Falls of the Pigeon River. At 120-feet, it’s the tallest waterfall in Minnesota. Hike off the beaten path to Middle Falls, a 5-mile round-trip.
