The Loon Center is working to preserve loons and their habitat and teaches via exhibits and videos and a gift shop for all things loon. The Frederick and Paula Anna Markus Wildlife Sanctuary is 200 acres of upland forests, marshes, ponds and streams on Lake Winnipesaukee. Two trails invite you to explore these habitats and wildlife. Entrance is free.
