The Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge is the first waterfowl refuge, established in 1908 by Theodore Roosevelt and one of the world’s best areas for watching Eagles and over 400 species of birds. The 10-mile scenic loop has a fee which is covered by the America the Beautiful Annual Pass.
