From UT-9 in Rockville, head south on Bridge Road and then turn right onto 250 S Road until you reach the well maintained dirt road to Wire Mesa summit, where you can see the 6,632 foot high Smithsonian Butte and the Zion formations. To fully enjoy the views, head south for a bit until Big Plain Junction, where you can then turn around and enjoy the views all over again on your way to Zion National Park.
