Vermont’s 265-mile Long Trail travels from the Massachusetts line to the Canadian border. Lincoln Gap is a 5.2-mile hike to the summit of the 4,006-foot Mount Abraham, where rewarding views of the Champlain Valley, Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks await.
