The 37,000 square foot Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center features an observation tower, viewing platform, theater, exhibits and regional visitor information. Explore the accessible 2/3-mile boardwalk trail system with two loops winds through the cedar and tamarack wetlands. Adjacent, is the Whittlesey Creek National Wildlife Refuge another important stop for migratory birds.
