Desert View offers another amazing panoramic vista from the base of the watchtower. Designed by Mary Colter in 1932, to blend in with the natural scenery and mimic Anasazi architecture, climb the three stories staircase to murals by Hopi painter Fred Kabotie and views of Marble Canyon to Painted Desert.
