Built in 1884, the Temple Israel Synagogue and Museum is a testament to the large and active Jewish Community in Leadville. Visit the restored synagogue and learn about the legacy of Jewish people in Leadville. There is a Hebrew cemetery across the street.

Consider a Museum Passport which offers access to 8 Leadville museums and a discount on a Twin Lakes Interlaken Boat Tour and Leadville Colorado and Southern Railroad. Note some museums are closed in winter.
